                                                         "A Whiter Shade of Pale"

Ahhh, taking it back to "1967", remember the song... "A Whiter Shade of Pale."

                             

                                       We skipped the light fandango

                                        turned cartwheels 'cross the floor

                                        I was feeling kinda seasick

                                        But the crowd cries out for more....

A fact is, the band got the name of the song after overhearing someone at a party saying to a woman, "You've turned a whiter shade of pale", with its lyrics being both both allusive and complex, thus came the song! 

Which makes me think "white" and how difficult painting white can be. The truth of then matter is, while many think "white" is a mere absence of color, it is truly affirmative. It is as vibrant as "red" and as definite as "black!" 

I find there are so many countless shades of white it's endlessly insane!
